Papa Joe's Pasta Sauce |

1. Add one chopped onion and soften 2. Put some extra virgin olive oil in the bottom of a medium hot pot 3. Add 2 garlic cloves chopped but do not brown 4. Now add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes (16 oz.) 5. Add 1 bay leaf, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of basil 6. Add one heaping tablespoon of tomato paste and simmer for one hour 7. Now cook your favorite pasta & add Papa Joe's Pasta Sauce |

Papa Joe's Meat Sauce Follow the same instructions above
1. Brown one pound of chop meat 2. Drain the excess fat 3. Add in the meat after 1/2 hour that sauce has been cooking 4. Now cook for 45 minutes to one hour 5. Cook your favorite pasta & now add Papa Joe's Meat Sauce |

Yankee Tower Italian Meat Loaf
What you will need: Ground Beef - 2 pounds Cubed Swiss cheese - 4 ounces Cubed Yellow American cheese - 4 ounces Medium Spanish onion, chopped - 1 Whole eggs - 2 ea Whole Milk - 6 ounces Plain breadcrums - 6 ounces Granulated beef bouillon - 1 Tablespoon Salt and Pepper to Taste
Combine all ingrediants in a bowl. Season - make into loaf, and bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes (or until internal tempature is 160 degrees), slice and serve with your favorite gravy.
