From the Savols
by:  Mamma Savol

Just winding down here today after the hectic week (month for Eddie & I) that we've had.  Today our last guest leaves.  Talk about a roller coaster ride...I feel like the Energizer bunny...I just keep going  & going.  This week has been so similar to the weeks during the competition.  The highs & lows were just as dramatic!

I met so many wonderful people this week...I love you all!  You made the whole experience for Eddie & I unbelievable.  I could never have imagined that we could meet so many people for the first time as though we have known each other forever!

It seems like only yesterday I read on the boards that Scott's fans wanted to come to Cleveland & see him in his hometown.  I said, "If you come to Cleveland, we'll have a BBQ for everyone."  And now it has come to an end...or should I say a pause?

I wish I had more time to spend with everyone who made the trip to Cleveland & joined us at the Dawg Pound BBQ...if I didn't get to talk to you, I hope you know that I really wanted to, but time just slipped away.

I'd like to thank you each individually...you were all so kind but I am afraid I'll inadvertently forget someone so I'll limit my thanks as follows:

To Eddie:  I love you very much & know that none of this could have been possible without you!  Thank you for everything you did during this past year, but especially for everything you did for the BBQ.  While I had to work everyday, you took care of the home front!  And thank you for giving me Scott (and Stacy, Michael and Patricia), who's God given talent made this all possible.

To Janet:  you are my sister by fate but you are my best friend by choice!  I love you more than you will ever know.  Without you I am sure I would have lost it many, many times during this last year.  You've kept me grounded & sane.  I can't even begin to list all the things you have done for me, but everytime I turn on the lights in the garage, I'll think of you!!!
