This website is my attempt to document my journey to health. I have tried every diet imaginable, from Weight Watchers to Atkins to Six Week Body Makeover to the extremes of anorexia and bulemia. All of these have worked with varying degrees of success, but I've finally realized that to really have lasting results, the only diet is to eat correctly. You can eat bread, drink milk, even have chocolate occasionally if you want to--you just have to watch portion sizes as indicated by the Food Guide Pyramid.
