UPDATE #1
My approach to hair growth is a little bit unorthodox and some might even find it a bit strange or bizzare, BUT IT WORKED for me. I am getting my hair back, it's growing, new follicles on top of my head of my bald spots.
Finasteride did not help at all, so I decided to experiment. Don't even ask me how I got to the idea that finaly worked for me.
I creamed my bald spots with my own sperm once a day in the morning for the last 4 weeks (exactly 4 weeks to this date). Now I can see new folicles on top of my head, on bald spots where I kept applying my own sperm.
I know this may sound bizzare, strange, disgusting, but honest to God, it worked for me. I am going to scan some pictures and will post them so you can compare my 4 week progress.

This picture was taken June 15, 2004, the day I started applying sperm liquid to my bald spots.
This picture was taken on 11th of July 2004, approximately 4 weeks after I started alternate treatment of my hair loss.
