This is the story of a time long ago,
A time of myth and legend....
This is the prologue to the program that has me glued to the TV set each week.

Greek Mythology gave us Hercules, the son of Zeus. Supposedly the strongest man in the world. Half God-Half Mortal. The myth of Hercules and Zeus have always peaked my interest, but the TV version of Hercules had me glued to the set. Not only is Kevin Sorbo easy to look at but all the leading characters were hunks, Iolaus, Ares, Hades,  and  Autolycus King of Theives.
Also, the program was kinda like watching The Flintstones, in that they used themes and props that were not in existence at the time that Hercules lived.  The  program had everything, humor, drama, action, and heart.

Hercules, son of Zeus, played by Kevin Sorbo, hunk to the max.

The Women of Hercules

Since the beginning of the program I have dreamed of trading places with the women . Not only do they get to work with the world's best looking men, but they have looks to die for.
My favorite is Alexandra Tydings who plays "Aphrodite" the Goddess of Love.  Her portrayal of Aphrodite is fantastic.
Lucy Lawless who plays Xena-Warrior Princess, started out on Hercules.
Kevin Sorbo met his wife Sam while doing the show. She played the "Hind" a half deer-half woman, whose blood could kill a God.
