| Getting My Hair Cut: Tuesday, April 9, 2002 1:30pm | ||||||
| I got my haircut today and as I was sitting there I was like "this is the greatest thing ever." I love my hairstylist first of all. Her name is Joni and she has been doing my hair since I've had hair. She is really an artist. You can tell when you're watching her that she's just so into what she's doing, especially with haircuts like mine, where there's lots of texture and a lot to do. It takes her about 45 minutes to do the whole thing, but it doesn't seem nearly that long when you watch her. Or when I watch her. Also there's the fact that it is so self-indulgent. I mean I don't REALLY need to cut my hair. No one does. It's purely vanity and comfort. Wah hoo. Also, where I go, Shapes salon and day spa, they give you a head massage before they do anything. That's good too. It's great. Oh wow. Also I love my hair when it's short, so that makes getting my haircut even better because I know that when I walk out of there, my hair will be shorter. Okay so thumbs up to gettin my hair cut. | ||||||
