My example is today's episode of "Passions." I'll give you a little update just so you know the background. So there's this girl named Theresa who, after being obsessed with him for years, is going out with this guy named Ethan Crane. Now I don't know how this happened becaue I've only watched the past two episodes, but Theresa is now pregnant with Ethan's brother's baby. She wants to have an abortion but EVERYONE on the show thinks it's wrong. Ethan said, "who's talking about abortion, life is a beautiful thing." Theresa is going to go through with it anyway, because she is heathen scum, I guess. It's not that bothered by the anti-choice view of the show, it's the fact that this is a soap opera and they're talking about abortion. I would be equally as mad if they were talking about whether or not to allow phone taps of terrorist suspects. Oh, and Charity is in a big ice cube, in case you cared.
