Yes. I'm positive that 2D is Damon Albarn of Blur, Noodle is Miho Hatori of Cibo Matto, Russel is either Del tha Funkee Homosapien of Deltron 3030 or Dan "The Automator," and I think Murdoc is Jamie Hewlett.
