- You may order from my Demo book (products
discounted 40%). I can order 5 of each product, so it's first
come, first serve.
- I provide 10 free brochures per campaign. If
you want more, they will be $2.00 per pack of 10.
- Orders due every other Monday beginning
_________________ by 8PM.
- Products may be picked up after 6PM on the
Friday after the order is placed.
- Order must be paid in cash or check when you
pickup the order from me (you should collect from your customer
when they place the order).
- Checks must be made payable to Roberta
Dunaway.
- Credit cards will be excepted if provided with
order.
- You earn:
- 10% on fixed earnings products (Style,
Customer Order Builders, Name Brand Toys, etc.) and orders under
$50.00
- 20% $50-$110
- 25% $111-$165
- 30% $166-$225
- 35% over $225
This agreement can be changed or altered only with
the signature of both parties; however, Roberta Dunaway, reserves the
right to terminate the relationship at any time.
I agree to these conditions and understand that
Roberta Dunaway will hold me responsible for all money due.
