ATX IS POWERFUL
Mainboards are central components of computer systems. Processor,
memory, mouse, keyboard and PC cards are attached on the mainboard.
Mainbboard has VGA card, network card and sound card. This mainboard
which has been had this property is prefered by the majority of votes.
Mainboards are chosen according to processor name. For example Pentium
III and Pentium IV mainboard. Mainboards are chosen according to type
of safe. For example ATX mainboards and AT mainboards. ATX mainboards
are used more than AT mainboards because of their low power consumption,
its low number of cable and its wide industry techonology [1].
They have low power consumption. The life of batteries in laptops is
long. Personal computers have energy save. The power supply is under
the fan. Therefore, processor has itself’s fan and also power
supply’s fan. The computer runs more healthy [2].
It has low number of cables. Serial and parallel ports are on the mainboard.
It has got connector connections. ATX mainboards have two connectors.
Connectors are used for keyboard and Mouse. Connectors are different
colors. The connectors cables are different from each other and they
can’t be attached to wrong places [3].
It has wide industry techonology. The change of the parts are easy.
For example, if mainboard and VGA carda re unhormonius, we can enter
to procedur firm’s web site. The most recent software is taken
and used. They are always ready for use. There is ATX type of computer
safe. Largeness of safe and power supply of safe must be harmonious
for mainboard. ATX safe has different safe such as Full ATX and Micro
ATX [4].
ATX mainboard is more expensive than AT mainboard. Consequently, ATX
safe is more expensive than AT safe. Power supply in ATX safe has more
problem than old generation’s power supply. Static electricity
spoils the ATX power supply [5].
If you buy computer, you must be careful to harmony of the part. At
mainboards must been careful to harmony of safe and processor. If you
don’t be careful, your computer cause problem.
