MOS AND TTL TECHONOGIES

Mos is using for produce FET. There are FET transistors in the mos. Mosfet products two types, which are depletion type and enhancement type. Generally Mosfets are using in MOS entegres for on-off key:
Mosfet products two type according to polarization type, which are N canal and P canal. MOS technology which is using Mosfet, parts 3 groups:
Only P canal
Only N canal
Only P and N canal
TTL is improved from DTL. Mos is beter than TTL, because it takes smaller place and it uses low power.
Mos is beter than TTL, because it takes smaller place. Mos family has high package density, so a lot of companent can be put in an integrated. It’s dimensions are smaller. [ 1 ]
Mos is beter than TTL,because it uses low power. Mos uses low power in DC circuits but using power is increases in AC circuits. For example in 5 volt DC using power is 2.5 nW but in 100 khz AC using power is 0.1 mW. [ 2 ]
Mos is using very much in electronic circuits. For example in digital clocks, computer memory cards…etc. Because it uses low power, it’s production is very easy, it is very small.
