DJ: Hey guys, how are you doing this morning?
Isaac: We're good.
Taylor: Good.
Zac: Great.
DJ: So how's the album coming? I understand you're in the area finishing up with some mixing.
Taylor: Yeah. We were.
Isaac: We're really enjoying this Miami weather.
DJ: Wait, you mean you're not mixing anymore?
Zac: No, we finished that.
DJ: Interesting. So what is going on with the album then? If the realease date is April 25th.
Taylor: That's actually unsubstantiated information. Tenatively the album is expected to be released in early spring, but as for a specific date, we haven't released anything official yet.
DJ: Really. So is the album done then?
Isaac: Actually, that's an interesting question.
Taylor: What Isaac means is...
Zac: We've actually scrapped that idea altogether.
DJ: I'm afraid I'm confused.
Taylor: We've decided to not release the album.
Zac: It was actually coming along really well, but then we just decided...
Isaac: Yeah, the whole "rockstar" thing just hasn't been working out for us.
Taylor: We've decdided to follow our hearts.
DJ: But wait. Wow, I'm floored here. You're not going to make any new records?
Isaac: Doesn't look that way.
DJ: And what about the tour?
Zac: Eh.
DJ: But the fans! What about the fans? There's going to be a lot of disapointment in junior highs everywhere...
Taylor: Nuts to them!
Isaac: Yeah, it just gets really old really fast.
Taylor: (in mimicking/belligerant voice) Oh they LOVE us! OOOH! I love you Taylor! Marry me!!! You're soooo talented!
Zac: (passively) Losers.
DJ: Wow. This is a bold career move. But wait, what about your family? Are they behind you?
Isaac: Screw 'em.
DJ: Hmm. Interesting.
Zac: See, it's always been my feeling that you have to follow what's in your heart...you know. It's about having aspirations...dreams!
Taylor: Yeah, don't you get it man? Once you lose your dream...you die!
Isaac: Exactly. That's why we've quit this whole faggot a$$ scene to pursue what really holds our passion.
All three: Graphs.
DJ: Say what?
Isaac: Yeah, you know. Spreadsheets, data, plotting....protractors, conversions and rulers.
Taylor: The stuff dreams are made of.
Zac: They won't ever let me touch the graph though.
Taylor: Isaac is the mastermind behind most of our graphing.
Isaac: Yeah, Taylor...little buddy, he's my first mate.
Taylor: He lets me get him coffee and help him make sure all his lines are parallel and stuff.
DJ: Cool. Very cool. So do you listen to any cool new bands while you graph?
Taylor: Would you just stop talking about music!!!! God! You DJs and your music. Talk about irritating.
DJ: Um, sorry. Right.
(he pauses)
But what about that law of congruent complimentary angles?
Zac: (fondly) Yeah. But don't even get Ike started!
Taylor: You'll never get him to shut-up!
(they all laugh)
Isaac: Wait! I have my calculator with me...just let me show you this one cool thing....
DJ: (laughing good-humoredly) All right boys, thanks for doing the show.
Taylor: No problem, we had a really good time.
DJ: Well, I hope to hear from you guys real soon.'
Isaac: We could come on again sometime soon and talk about trigonometric functions!
Zac: Yeah!
DJ: Um...sure.
That's when he cuts to music.
