Paul was called to be an apostle but he fell back on his vocation as a tent maker (present day housing developer!) to finance his own needs and the needs of others with him so as not to burden the churches he had pioneered. When all the needs were met, he went back to fulfilling the call. Adam had a call to be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, subdue, have dominion, expand and extend Gods kingdom.
