The the story takes place at Clinton Street. Clinton
Street has a pizza restaurant. It also has a workshop, a food market, and
more. The food market is referred to as the bodega. Clinton Street also
includes a group of abandoned buildings next to the workshop. Most of takes
place around Clinton Street.
In the story, the workshop and the bodega were being
robbed.From the workshop, the thief stole a few expensive cherry
boards and some scrap wood. From the bodega the thief stole 10 cans of
chicken noodle soup and 10 cans of kidney beans.
A girl named Lenni and her friends must solve the mystery
with the help of Ghostwriter, an object that can only communicate by writing.
Only Lenni and some of her friends know about Ghostwriter and can see it’s
writing.
