| 2-WEEKS!!! I finally got my stitches out and look no scars! My Doctor does a special-kind of nipple incision that is a small ziz zag on the bottom half only inside the aerola not around it. its so small you can't see it. |
| My doctor says that everything looks good and is healing right on track. I now have to go bra shopping and have to wear a bra all the time now. My doctor says I should wear comfy lingerie bras at night to sleep in also. I also need to start massaging my boobies twice a day EVERY day, for THE REST OF MY LIFE! That means always, to keep them soft and supple. He says I should use the "waxing the car" technique, i.e. circular motions. |
| Hey I went Bra Shopping today for the first time!!!! I am basically a 36D, and WAS a 34B. I bought lots of bras with no padding for the very first time EVER! The picture on the left I am wearing a comfy cotton bra, an example of what I will probably be sleepling in from now on. I also bought some "Body by Victoria" (Victoria Secret) bras with no under wire which are really comfy! Over $200 later and now I have bras that actually fit. It was really fun to ask the sales rep if she had my size ...D!!! yippee! Now on to the negative: I am feeling much better than before but I have a thresehold of 4 hours. After 4 hours of being at work, or 4 hours of running errands I feel exhausted and my pain starts getting worse. I have been taking my vicodin at work still becuase of an all over breast soreness, ocasional buring needle pains, and really bad back pain. Sleeping is also still very uncomfortable. I am starting to feel more like my self, but my breasts are still hard and high, although they are looking better each day and softer too. I hate not being able to work out, and you can see from the above photos that I have gained weight. I am too scared to get on the scale. I haven't weighed myself since before I got my surgery. How much do my implants weigh? I think about 3 pounds total cause I put the filled implant bags you try on at the doctors office on the scale (to pick sizes) when I was there and thats what the scale said. |

| 1 MONTH 4 DAYS! |
| I am really happy with my decision and I would not change anything! I worked up the nerve to get "bra-measured" at Nordstrom lingerie dept and the saleslady said that I was a 32DDD but since there was no such bra I was a 34DD! Pretty ironic since my doctor said I would probably be a "C." Boy was he wrong! I am sure that I will still be getting smaller & smaller as time goes on though. I am used to this size now and could definetely live with it (HAPPILY) if they don't get smaller! Its so fun to go out with no bra in a sexy dress! I love my boobies! Well here's my picture at over 1 month and as you can see, they have dropped and definetely look different than day 1! I can sleep comfy on my side now, and have gone back to the gym. I have no problem with lifting or anything. Most of my size "medium" shirts still fit (and look even better). And same with some of the "small" ones too. I have gained a few pounds but my implnats weigh 3 lbs so thats how I justify it :) As usual I just want to lose 10 lbs...but I will probably say that no matter how much I weigh!
