2 ) Delivery Unattended  : If somehow , delivery was unable to reach the destination due to unattended premises( no one at home ). You will need to contact our Courier Agent immediately for re-arrangement of delivery soonest. We suggest that we sent the product to your office or an address that is attended by someone throughout the day. Our courier agent telephone number , package number will be supply to you once we ship it out.

3 ) Guarantee & Claim: Our record shows more than 95% surviving rate is achieved under normal delivery upon destination. However should any occurrence of DOA (death on arrival), buyer is responsible to report to us immediately once received. A clear picture of the dead fish inside the unopened PVC/polybag must be photograph. Pictures of dead fishes must be sent/email to us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and factors for the outcome and compensation, if any, shall only be limited to replacement of dead fish during the next shipment.
