The story:
Every family has his own story, the family Chen is a poor family that lives in a little house in Beijing.
There is a old father, the oldest brother Wen Hai, the second one Wen Tao, the first daugther Wen Jing,
the third son Wen Bao and the youngest daugther is Wen Hui.
They are poor but also happy, Wen Hai is the big brother and he takes care of everyone and he tries to
solve every problem and that is quite difficult of course and his wife Siu Mei is worried about his health,
they have a teenage son named Liang Liang.
Wen Tao is married to the bad tempered Chun Fang they have a cute little daugther named Jia Jia, Chun Fang
is sick of being poor and she thinks that he is having a affair with the gentle Xiao Hong and she leaves
Wen Tao but very soon she notices that her family was the best.
Wen Jing is married to the mean man Bao Lan, he always cheats on her and he also hits her but Wen Jing
doesn't dare to leave him but her family helps her to get through this also Yang Sen a lawyer helps her a lot
and they can't help to fall in love with each other.
Wen Bao is a guy who just loves money and he is also a bit selfish but after his dad's sickness he changed
into a better man and he works for his family.
And then there is Wen Hui the youngest of them all, she is quite playful and she is a kindergarten teacher
but when her family needed money she began to sing but her boyfriend Jia Yong also a teacher doesn't like
that.
Wen Hai works very hard and he got sick, all his brothers and sisters know that it was their fault they
had to worry about their own problems, Wen Hai or Da Ge shouldn't do that for them.
But later everything turns out well, so a very happy end you see the whole family celebrating new year,
every family has problems but if you stay together everything will be just fine.
Best performance:
I do have to admit that those Chinese actors are very, very, very good so here comes a list,
at the first place Wen Hai he was funny and I loved his facial expressions he is what I call a very, very,
very good actor and then Wen Tao and Wen Bao both were cute and funny.
And I also loved Chun Fang especially how she changed so much, great actress and the old father of course
a very good actor and Siu Mei, Wen Hui, Wen Jing, Xiao Hong and Jia Yong well let's put it this way
this cast is incredible everyone is good!
Worst performance:
Well I would choose for Wen Bao's last girlfriend her acting was very different from the others, it
didn't looked real.
Best scene:
There are quite a lot of it but this is one of my favorites after Wen Hai got a bit sick Siu Mei told
him not to drink alchohol anymore but he did secretly with Wen Tao and when Siu Mei came he quickly hid it
under a big cup but she found it and Wen Hai laughed cheekily very cute.
Worst scene:
I would choose for a scene between Wen Hai and his dad it was the longest talking scene in the whole
series, they talked about how it would be without each other, quite boring.
Themesongs:
I don't really like the beginning song but I do love the ending song, that is a very beautiful song.
Everything together:
Well who said that Chinese tv series were boring? That is not true at all! I have to admit that I
enjoyed this series more than the most of the famous tv series.
This series is good it had comedy, drama and it's just cool and the cast is incredible, Jun Zhi is Ling Fei
from Huan Zhu Gege and she is great as Xiao Hong in this series.
So let's make it a bit short, a great series! And also with a perfect ending, really worth to watch.
