By placing a bid on this auction you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. So consider your bid carefully before placing it.

DO NOT BID on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback posted. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements or disputes associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller shall take place in the state of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additionally, all non-paying bidders will be held liable for a $500.00 re-list fee that, if not paid, WILL be filled with all three major credit bureaurs.

We Have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction, please be advised and understand that used vehicles are subject to minor scratches, scuff marks, dings and paint work due to their age and or mileage. WE DO OUR BEST TO CHECK THE VEHICLES AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS BEFORE DELIVERY. JUST BE REALISTIC AND UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE USED VECHICLES AND MOST DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY. BOOKS,  RECORDS, MANUALS, FLOOR MATS, ADDITIONAL KEYS AND REMOTES OR CD MAGAZINES MAY NOT COME WITH THE VEIHICLE UNLESS STATED IN THE AD.

Mileage is subject to change due to car being test driven, serviced or repaired.

All vehicles are sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS." No warranty is expressed or implied from seller whatsoever; however, there may be a manufactures's factory warranty remaining on the vehicle.

PRE-SALE INSPECTIONS are not only welcomed but are recommended and encouraged. We will make every available effort to accommodate a time for either you or a certified mechanic of your choice to inspect this vehicle. Please have all inspections done prior to bidding. inspections companies are easily found on the web as well as within ebay. ABSOLUTLEY NO INSPECTIONS DONE AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER.

If you intend on financing this vehicle please complete financing arrangements prior to bidding on this vehicle and verify that your loan institution accepts the year, make, model and mileage of this vehicle. It is important that all loans be PRE-APPROVED before bidding.

Immediately following the end of the auction, you will receive an email if you're the high bidder with specific instructions and a request for required information. Winning bidders must respond to us within 24 hours of auction end to confirm your purchase, or the vehicle may be relisted or sold to any other qualified buyer.

Each transaction is subject to a processing fee of $169.00, there are NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee helps to defray the title, mailing and other related expenses we incur during the close of the sale.

A minimum deposit of $1000, or 20% (whichever is greater) of the total vehicle sale must be received within 24 hours of auction end or call us to make other arrangements. All funds received must be by CASH (in person), CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR BANK WIRE TRANSFER. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, BANK DRAFTS OR CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED!  Full payment must be made within 5 days of the auction end.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title services fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for to be titled and registered.

Those wishing to have vehicle shipped: all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company. If the vehicle is still on our site after 14 business days a nominal storage fee of $25.00 p/day will be charged. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of time of delivery. This allows us to give you better service and have vehicle completely inspected and detailed for delivery. We also provide airport pick up. That's the service we like to provide our customers.
