I have already replied personally to KHRYS but I figured I might as well email the list just in case there was someone else out there with the same question. The beauty with creating a procedural texture for the skin is it facilitates what KHRYS is trying to do. With Max, there are a billion ways to skin a cat.:) That said, this is an quick, easy fix to KHRYS' problem. *Multi/sub object map *in id slot 1 ___ put the cellular procedural *in id slot 2 ___ assign a MASK mat to the diffuse slot *For the map (of the MASK) place a copy (or instance) of the the cellular procedural skin tex in id slot 1 *For the mask (use a black and white 'mask' painting of the eyebrows) *make sure your face id's and mapping (needed for the bitmaps) are applied(however you would like to do it__a simple planar worked on my model for just the eyebrows.) -Hope this helps someone. :) Jon Hales _________ Artist 3DO -- Subscribe/Unsubscribe at: http://mail.engram.net/guest/RemoteListSummary/3DSTUDIOMAX List courtesy of http://www.Engram.net
