  The only reason TO use Flash is for the "cool" factor.  Think about it.  What practical use does Flash have?  If you're thinking interfaces, think again.  DHTML offers a more efficient and more powerful interface.  Flash is excellent, though, because it offers resolution-independent "coolness".

    My thought on this is that I see so many people using FLash for no real reason except the 'cool' factor.  That, unfortunately, is not enough.  You have to have a reason why the content requires Flash.

    Lose the intro.

    I like the work, but don't like the site.  Not tight enough on teh graphic design side; there are a number of tabs that are too hard to read, and is the whole 'graveyard feel' the professional image you wnat ot place on the desk of a CEO?  I wouldn't.  When I design a website, I imagine that ANYONE could see it, even someone like Mok or Spielberg. 

    Stranger things could happen, and when that happens, you've got ONE chance.

    Make it count.
