You should have at least three images, front, profile, back. Then you can trace all the important profiles in splines, ooops, I just realized you had 2.5, and I'm not sure there is a surface modifier or similar free plugin. But you should still setup the reference images the same way, but you might need to use nurbs. Nurbs will deliver the best results but if you're not familiar with them then you've got a steep curve ahead.
