Anway it's called Unwrap UVW and you'll find it under the 'more' button in 'modifiers'. And now that I've written all this I just realized that what you're probably actually looking for is _Texporter_. That's the plug-in that will take whatever texturing scheme you came up with (w/ or w/o Unwrap) and export it as a bmp.
