The bottom line seems to come back to an investment of several thousand bucks is now worth very little. I am sure that the package could still be sold the new owner would not have support from Kinetix. But just as people from other countries buy the package in the US and feel okay inside about it. This I am sure could be the case with this. Without the dongle the software is useless so the sale of the dongle insures that no working copies are left. So I think that although it is legally questionable to sell the package, I really don't see any moral problem. There is no pirating or copying, it was sold as one package originally and it is still just one package. Who can be hurt by it just because Kinetix does not want to bother re registering the package, does not in my opinion justify throwing the package out. Heck if you did that someone may rescue it from the trash anyways. Just my biased opinion And as opinions are like bung holes everyone has one Pete > Not to beat a dead horse, or anything, but I doubt that would stand a court > challenge. > > Jim Lion > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: CATI > To: James Lion ; Chris Max List > ; Samuel A.
