Hello everyone,

    I know a few months back someone had come up with a way to render
glows through trasparent/translucent materials.

    I know have to re-create this type of effect and I cant remember
where that update/plug-in can be found.  If anyone has a pointer, can
you please forward it directly to me, as I only read the list at home.

    Also, I have been having problems with our new computer here, a Dell
Dimension 410 dual P-3 550 with 512 mb of ram and a 32 Mb diamond Viper
770D running the Riva TNT 2 drivers.  On a frequent basis, I loose the
mouse cursor.  It either dissapears completely,  or it turns into a
large square that looks like an abstract painting and I can't get to the
menus.  From that point I have to keyboard my way out of the system and
reboot.  I've tried Dell's web site, but I can't find newer drivers for
the card.  I was wondering if anyone else has this system or this
problem (or both) and found a solution to it?  If so please contact me
here directly.
