We have a machine here at work that we can't run Max 3.1 on.  It wouldn't
let us get to the selection  of the Heidi, OpenGL, or DX.  It will Init all
the plugins and lock up when it says Starting 3DS Max.  

The Machine:
Dual PIII 700
Diamond Stealth III s540 - newest drivers
256meg RAM
NT4.0 
SP 6
DX 3

Can anyone help out with this little prob?
