But if you do use this, you must have all your characters movements already animated, cause there is a bug in CS that stops you making changes to the biped once you have an attchment controller using it as a target... But if you do want to change the characters animation after you have used the attchment controller, you have to go and remove the biped hand from the list of links in the attchment controller.. then do your animation changes, then reassign the biped hand at what ever frame you need it to attach.
