I should have said I was still using 2.5. 

When I render to video, it's fine. The whole piece was done for video first.
With field rendering, there is no strobing at all.

I was afraid that it was going to be an issue with the type of motion blur. 

Has anyone here done film rendering that they could suggest settings for
motion blur?
