Second, a keyframe every 3 frames is allot. It should be more or less every second. Third, if this is going to be used for broadcast you should be trying to deliver it as lossless or uncompressed frames to somebody with real viseo gear who can either lay it off to BetaSP, or who can use it as frames and import it into an editing package as he/she assembles the final product. An AVI is just about useless.
