Stuffed Bread
Soak the dried prunes ( or raisins ) in 1/2 C white wine until called to add to the recipe.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the meat and onion. Chop well so that the meat is very finely textured. Add the mushrooms, paprika, chili powder, chili flakes, powdered chicken soup, pepper and the cumin. Mix well. Saute until all liquids are evaporated and the meat is cooked well.

Take off the flame and add the cilantro, mashed potatoes and kechup. Drain the prunes or raisins from the wine and add to the mixture. Mix very well until all is blended.

Let cool to room temperature.

Prepare Basic Bread Dough Recipe. Let rise once.

Place on a floured surface and kneed for one or two minutes. Roll into a rectangle 1/2" thick. Cut out 3" rounds with a doughnut cutter or a big glass or can.

Fill each round with 3 T of the filling. Gather and pinch tightly to seal the seam and place seam down onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Roll out leftover dough and repeat until all the dough is used.

Let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 220C.

Beat 1 egg with 1 T water and brush the rolls with the egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden browned.

Best served hot as a bread addition to any meal.
