| 1 Basic bread dough recipe 2 C pizza sauce 6-8 C grated cheese 2 T oregano 2 T chilli flakes ( optional ) mushrooms ( optional ) olives ( optional ) |
| Prepare Basic Bread Dough recipe. Let rise once. Divide dough into two equal balls. Roll to 1/8-1/4 inch rounds on floured surface. Preheat oven to highest degree. Place onto an ungeased pizza tin or cookie sheet. Brush 1/2 of pizza sauce over entire surface. Top with 1/2 the cheese, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle 1 T oregano and 1 T chilli flakes over the pizza. Place on the bottom of the oven until bubbly and crust is browned on the underside. Place on higher shelf if the bottom is done and the cheese hasn't bubbled and browned slightly. Makes 2 large pizzas. |
