1 small onion ( thinly sliced )
1/2 t garlic ( crushed )
1 green pepper ( thinly sliced )
1 red pepper ( thinly sliced )
1/2 mushrooms ( chopped )
1/2 green olives ( pitted and chopped )
1 C tomatoes ( peeled and chopped )
1 t oregano
1/2 t basil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
2 C cooked white rice
