Chicken Noodle & Broccoli Casserole
Prepare noddles according to package directions. Drain and rince with cold water.

Preheat oven to highest degree.

Meanwhile heat oil in a deep skillet, add chicken bites, onion and celery. Saute until nicely browned. Add salt pepper and powdered soup. Stir to coat the mixture.

Add wine, cream and broccoli. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix noddles into the mixture. Pour into a casserole and smooth. Put into the oven on a high shelf and bake until the top browns slightly and the casserole is bubbly.

Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
1 large package of pappardelle noodles
( flat & wide )
2 T oil
2 C chicken breast ( cubed )
1/2 C onion ( chopped )
1/2 C celery ( chopped )
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 T flour
2 T powdered mushroom soup
1/2 C white wine
2 C water
1 C heavy cream
( non-dairy )
2 C boroccoli
( frozen, thawed & chopped into bite sized pieces )
