| Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and cumin in bowl. Mix well. Make 2" patties, roll in flour and fry in hot oil in covered frying pan. The oil should reach up to half the pattie. Brown on one side and flip to brown the other. Remember to cover while they're browning. Remove from oil, serve hot. |
