| Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl blending well. In a soup pot heat oil and saute onion, garlic and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add peas, water, chili powder, paprika, powdered soup and curry. Bring to a boil and mix well. Keep on a big burner turned down to a low flame. Make golf ball sized meatballs and drop into the pot with the peas. Cover with a lose lid and let liquid evaporate until only about 1 1/2" is left on bottom. Shake the pot once in a while durring cooking to ensure nothing sticks and to see where your liquid level is. NOTES; This is a common Moroccan dish and very easy to make. |
