Meatballs & Peas
Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl blending well.

In a soup pot heat oil and saute onion, garlic and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add peas, water, chili powder, paprika, powdered soup and curry. Bring to a boil and mix well. Keep on a big burner turned down to a low flame.

Make golf ball sized meatballs and drop into the pot with the peas. Cover with a lose lid and let liquid evaporate until only about 1 1/2" is left on bottom. Shake the pot once in a while durring cooking to ensure nothing sticks and to see where your liquid level is.

NOTES; This is a common Moroccan dish and very easy to make.
Meatballs;
1/2 kilo ( about 1 pound ) ground beef
1/2 C bread crumbs or crushed croutons.
1/4 paprika
1 t crushed garlic
1/8 t salt
black pepper

1 kilo ( about 2 pounds ) frozen peas
3 T olive oil
1/4 C onion ( chopped )
1/2 t crushed garlic
2 tomatoes
( peeled and cubed )
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t paprika
2 t powdered mushroom soup
1/2 t curry powder
6 C water
