| 3 T oil 1/2 kilo ground beef 1 large onion ( chopped ) 1/2 C finely chopped celery 1/4 t pepper 1/4/t paprika 1/2 t salt 1 T powdered mushroom soup 1 large can chopped tomatoes 2 C water 1 package elbow macaronni |
| Prepare macaronni according to package instructions. In a large skillet heat oil, add onion, celery and ground beef and brown until half done. Add all spices including powdered mushroom soup. Continue browning and breaking until nicely cooked but not dry. Add canned tomatoes, water and cover for 10 minutes. Add cooked macaronni. Stir together until well blended. Served best with homemade bread. |
