Fried Steak & Onions
Heat oil in frying pan, add steak cubes. Saute for 10 mintes. Add onions and spices. Continue to saute covered until steak and onions are nicely browned.

Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice of choice.
4 T olive oil
4 C round steak ( cubed )
1 large onion ( sliced )
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t cumin
1 T powdered mushroom soup
1/2 C dry red wine
