Fruit & Jello
Dessert
Spoon 1 or 2 tablespoons of fruit cocktail into wine glasses of choice, preferably Martini glasses.

Prepare jello according to directions on the package. Let cool for a few minutes at room temperature until it starts thickening. Pour into wine glasses using a tablespoon. Save 1/2 C of jello for mousse. Place into refrigerater.

Prepare whipped cream according to directions. Cool Whip may be used. Place 1/2 of the whipped cream in a bowl and add the saved 1/2 C jello. Whip with a whisk or mixer until blended well.

Garnish each dessert glass with a mound of mousse in the middle. Decorate around the mound with whipped cream, using a cake decorater. Top with a cherry from the cocktail or with a maraschino cherry. Chill well and serve.

NOTES; Kids think this is heaven on Earth, and it's so EASY!

1 large can fruit cocktail
1 C whipped cream
