| Mix apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Transfer to a greased baking dish or casserole. Beat butter, milk, egg and sugar together until smooth. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well until smooth. Spoon over apples. Bake at 160 C until bubbling and browned. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream if desired. |
