APPLE COBLER
Mix apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Transfer to a greased baking dish or casserole.

Beat butter, milk, egg and sugar together until smooth. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well until smooth.

Spoon over apples. Bake at 160 C until bubbling and browned.

Serve warm or cold with whipped cream if desired.
6 C apples
( peeled, fourthed and diced or sliced )
3/4 C sugar
2 T flour
1 t cinnamon

Topping;
1/4 C butter
1/4 C milk
1 egg
2 T sugar
1/1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 C flour
