Snickerdoodles
1 C butter or margerine
1 1/2 C white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 3/4 C flour

1/2 C white sugar
1 T cinnamon
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls.

Mix 1/2 C sugar with 1 T cinnamon in small bowl. Roll balls in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet 2" apart.

Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
