Ginger Snaps
1 1/3 C oil
2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C molassas or maple syrup
4 t baking soda
4 C flour
1 1/2 t ginger
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt

Cream oil, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add syrup, beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Form a ball with hands and kneed a little. Form little 1" balls.

Dip each ball into a bowl with sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet 1/1/2" apart.

Bake at 200 C until golden. About 8 minutes depending on the oven.
