| Mya's Amazing Almond Cookies |

| Cream margerine and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla, egg, almond extract and brandy. Beat until smooth. Sift in the dry ingredients and beat until all is blended. Form the dough into a ball with your hand. Pinch off enough dough to roll into a 1" ball. Roll 60 balls. Preheat oven to 200C. Place balls on an ungreased baling sheet 1 1/2" apart. Push an almond onto the top of each ball. Bake until light golden. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on a rack or flat tray. |
