| Put olive oil in frying pan on high flame and add ground beef right away. Chop with a wooden spoon and spread around frying pan evenly. Add garlic, onion, salt, pepper, chilli powder and paprika to the meat stirring and flipping so that it mixes and cooks well. When the meat mixture is cooked add water, mushroom soup, bay leaf, oregano and tomatoe paste. Turn the heat down to a low heat. Cover and simmer until the water evaporates and a thick sauce is left in the pan. Remove bay leaf. Serve over spagetti or noodles. Note: Chopped mushrooms may be added to the meat mixture if desired. |
