| Saute onions and mushrooms in heated oil until nicely browned. Add salt & pepper. In 2 C water add flour and powdered chicken soup. Mix with a fork until there are no lumps. Add to sauted onions and mushrooms. Turn flame to low and stir until the gravey thickens and there is no 'floury' taste. Serve over meats, chicken or potatoes. |
