Chicken Pepper Gravy
Chicken scrapings
3 1/2 C water
2 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/4-1/2 t pepper
Drain oil from chicken scrapings. Add 3 cups of water, bring to boil while scraping the frying pan well.

Add flour to remaining 1/2 C water and mix well so there are no lumps.

Add to frying pan. Add salt and pepper, constantly stir for about two minutes, until thick.

*Adjust to favored thickness by adding or reducing amount of flour.
