| 1 1/2 C All Purpose Flour 1/2 C Cornmeal 1/2 t salt 2 t baking powder 1/4C white sugar 1 egg 1/4 C oil 1 C milk 3 T honey |
| In a bowl mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, milk and honey into center of dry mixture. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Heat oven to 160 C. Pour batter into lightly greased 9x9 casserole or tin. Bake until golden brown and center bounces back like a sponge when touched. NOTES; Best tasting corn bread yet! |
