French Toast
4 eggs
4 T milk
margerine
maple syrup or jam of choice
In a mixing bowl whisk eggs and milk together until well mixed.

Heat a frying skillet or ribbed frying pan and rub well with margerine.

Dip ( DO NOT SOAK ) each slice of bread into mixture only until covered on both sides.

Place into frying pan and brown on both sides until golden.

Serve with favorite jam or maple syrup.

NOTES: If butter flavored margerine is used, adding any butter afterwards is redundant.

Using day old bread is best.
