Criossants
Prepare French Pastry Dough as directed on that page. Divide into 4 equal parts.

Roll out each ball into a pizza shape about 1/4" thick. Cut with a sharp knife or a pizza cutter into 8 equal pie-like pieces. Roll each piece from end to tip.

Place tip down onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Shape into a half moon. Let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200C.

Put the criossants into the oven and start preparing glaze wash.

Glaze Wash;

1/2 C water
1/3 C sugar

Combine in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 2 minutes.

Brush criossants the minute glaze wash is ready. Continue baking until golden brown. Remove from oven and glaze again while hot.
