Banana Bread
1/3 C butter flavored margerine
2/3 C white sugar
2 eggs
4-5 ripe bananas
1 C milk
1 3/4 C flour
1 1/4 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
3/4 t salt
1/2 C walnuts ( finely chopped )
Cream margerine, sugar and bananas together in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk. Mix well until creamy.

Sift in flour and add remaining ingredients. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and lumpless.

Transfer to a greased loaf pan. Bake at 160 C until knife comes out dry after inserted in center,, and nicely browned.

Cool before slicing.
