WinAmp Now Playing ~ Caribbean Queen by Billy Ocean

Weekend is fast approaching yet again and I happened to dig back the list of old DVDs at home again and found The Green Mile. Only seen it once on the theater and so I decided to watch it again. A highly touching story with miracles made by the least unexpected, based on the popular Stephen King novel. Only just last night I watched Saving Private Ryan, and so coincidentally both are Tom Hanks's flicks. Seems like it's gonna be another DVD time and Tom Hanks tonight?

Friday night has been same since Christmas, and one could catch me online at a Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries server (heck if u know wat it is ^_^ ) with an ex-primary school classmate for some robot bashing fun. Since I'm a typical Game Guy freakozoid, you'd bound to expect my blog mentioning heaps of gaming saliva here and there :D Dun like the idea? Post your grudges at the Tag Board and slam 'em..hehe. I dun really mind at all. Hope I am not turning my blog from being a blog into a customer service corner. A simple rule of thumb; people don't make blogs which others don't read them.

Ah, the night is still young. For those who need to work on Saturdays, well..work hard. And oh, it's time for me to join my ex-classmate for robot bashing time (okay, not robots actually...it's called mechs). Tune in for my next blog soon! Take care.

WinAmp Now Playing ~ Every Breath You Take (Police)

Hi there and a very good day to you! You have come to my personal blog and I'd like to extend my welcome to you. Nice bright weather, no dogs barking wild, and even the ants took a day off, there's no other better time than this day to officially launch my blog here. It took me almost 2 days to design and bring this blog up and running, and with some invaluable resources that I managed to dig up, things went smoothly as planned.

I'd like to start by talking on the layout. The header is perhaps the most obvious here and if you didn't really notice who exactly that bloke is, it's Jacky Cheung of the early 90s. Yeah, he looks so much different now, not just his age, and that particular image of his was actually a stripdown from one of his album covers. I took this as it's one of my favourite covers of his abominious albums under his belt. Next obvious thing is that Japanese cartoon drawing of a long-haired guy (or you tot it's a she?). Tat is Tachibana Ukyo, one of the coolest characters of the fighting genre in the video arcade world; The Samurai Showdown (or Spirits in Japan) series to be exact. His trademark is perhaps his tuberculosis-ridden, apple-carrying Bakumatsu-roman style Bishamon samurai! You will see more of his icon with the 2 ~ everytime I update my blog for a particular day. Then there's my currents, favs, and links to my other webpages, which serve as the side bar of my blog plus the tag-board so that you can post your say (or grudges) IRC-style, and finally the background image. You wouldn't believe how I got this. It's actually a part of the Jacky header banner and it's like a pinch of salt, so when I tiled it on my Dreamweaver, it ended up like a wooden rug! Initially, my plan was to go bright like cream white or beige but then when I preview this 'wooden rug' prototype, it turned out pretty good and hence, this layout:)
