MARCH 2009 is available for rental, because of cancellation due to sickness. Our ground floor condo, on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach has front door parking. The living room has a sofa, 2 chairs with ottomans, ceiling fan, TV with basic cable and VCR. The dining area has a table with4 chairs, plus 4 TV trays for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV,ceiling fan,dresser and closet. Guest Room has two twin beds, ceiling fan, dresser and closet. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave,coffemaker, toaster, blender, electric skillet, and cookware, glassware and flatware. The Bathroom has a tub with shower. There is a linen closet with all towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The condo has a large pool,and grills are available in the backyard. There is a free trolley on Anna Maria Island. There is also a shuttle from Coquina Beach to Sarasota 75 cents each way. Taxes 6.5% Florida State and 4% Resort. $65.00 cleaning fee returned, if, cleaning check-list is completed.
